Release of ESCAPE 0.9.7

We are pleased to announce the new release of ESCAPE version 0.9.7.


1. Added Material Database module `escape.scattering.mdb`
2. Improved materials module `escape.scattering.materials`
   New methods are added to the materials module to support the
   material database module.
3. Experimental `diffreftrans` module is added. It allows to calculate
   the reflectivity and transmissivity of a multilayer
   system for the HRXRD applications.
4. Updated notebooks and examples to use the new material database
   module.
5. Updated documentation
6. Bug fixes
